Following the District Development Management Committee’s meeting on 20th April, the planning application – although approved by just one vote – will go forward to an Extraordinary Meeting of the full Epping Forest District Council on 6th June. The meeting starts at 7.30pm, and further details are here:
Our grateful thanks to those councillors who have supported us in our campaign to retain public access and education for this internationally important heritage site.
We hope that other Councillors will also recognise this planning application for what it is: a commercial invasion and takeover of this unique and irreplaceable piece of our history.
The fight goes on!
